People involved in obstructing national security will not be allowed to go abroad

Srinagar: The government has decided not to give government jobs and issue passports to people involved in anti-national activities and stoning in Jammu and Kashmir.

In addition, those who obstruct national security will not be allowed to go abroad. After Jammu and Kashmir became a Union Territory, the Central Government had recently made some amendments in the Civil Service Rules.

According to this amendment, clearance report of CID is required for government jobs. So now the rule issued by the administration there has decided that when a person is being investigated, his past record should be investigated. Whether he was involved in stoning or obstruction of national security.
