New Delhi: MyGov Coro's helpdesk will now allow WhatsApp users on its platform to find the address of the nearest vaccine center and book an appointment, messaging app WhatsApp said in a statement.
It may be mentioned that on August 5 this year, MyGoogle and WhatsApp users started downloading vaccine certificates from chatbots. So far, more than 32 lakh certificates have been downloaded across the country.
WhatsApp further states that MyGov Corona's HelpDest on WhatsApp has emerged as one of the most honest sources for information about Kovid during the epidemic since March 2020. For more than 41 million users in India, it has emerged as an important tool in combating the public health crisis.
Mayagav CEO Abhishek Singh said that the platform has played an important role in the form of technical compromise regarding Kovid. "As a platform, we are committed to supporting the government's efforts to tackle the epidemic," said Shivnath Thukral, WhatsApp Public Policy Director.
