1.5 crore cannabis seized from truck in Madhya Pradesh: 4 surnames


Bhopal: Police have nabbed two miscreants in Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh after seizing 3 kg of cannabis worth Rs 1.2 crore from a truck.

Police intercepted a container truck at Chalk Crossing, Mauganj police station, about 20 km from the Rewa district headquarters, and found six counts of marijuana hidden in a cabin near the truck driver's seat.

Two other seafarers were also caught riding a motorcycle in front of the truck to be aware of possible police operations during the truck's journey. Police also seized six mobile phones in addition to trucks and bikes.
