Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections are now less than 7 months away. As the political mercury rises in the region, so does the speculation. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has entered action mode. Strategies are being created. The party wants a big victory this time too. For this, consideration is being given to field veteran leaders in the Assembly elections.

The Bharatiya Janata Party aims to win more than 300 of the 403 seats in 2022. There is speculation that the BJP may field several veteran leaders, including Yogi Adityanath. The most talked about are CM Yogi, Deputy CM Keshav Maurya, Dinesh Sharma and BJP state presidents Swatantar Dev Singh and Mahendra Singh.

The BJP is making strenuous efforts for this. The party high command and the top leadership of the region are constantly mulling over how to repeat the historic victory in the assembly once again.
