Sagar Dhankhad murder case: Accused Olympian Sushil asks for TV in jail!

New Delhi, 4 July 2021 Sunday

While Olympian Sushilkumar, accused in the murder of wrestler Sagar Dhankhad, is in Bihar jail, he has once again made a bizarre demand. According to officials, he has written a letter to the jail management demanding that a TV be set up. He wrote in the letter that he needed a TV so that he could stay up to date with the latest wrestling news.

It is noteworthy that Sushilkumar has made many kinds of bizarre demands and moves in the past. Some time ago, he said that prison food does not fill his stomach and does not provide the necessary nutrition to the body. He therefore demanded that she be given a separate diet with protein.

However, the court rejected his request to make his special food and supplements available inside the jail. Rohini Court Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Satbir Lamba said Sushil was being given the necessary meals in jail. There is a choice of special foods and supplements, which do not need to be provided.

The court noted that all are equal before the law - regardless of race or religion. The law does not discriminate between men and women. The law does not worry about the status of man or his place in society.

Olympian Sushilkumar is taking care that all the proper arrangements are being made in the jail as per the rules of the jail. In this situation, the order to provide special food and supplements to the Olympian is not necessary.
