One crore offer to 6 MLAs to overthrow the government in Jharkhand

In Jharkhand, three MLAs, two journalists and a middleman were involved in overthrowing the Congress government. In Delhi, a deal was struck with three MLAs and an advance of Rs 1 crore was promised, but the accused, who were arrested for plotting to overthrow the government, went back as they did not get the money.

Police arrested several accused in a conspiracy to overthrow the Jharkhand government. There have been several revelations in the police interrogation. During police interrogation, the accused said that two Maharashtra leaders, Chandrasekhar Rao Bavankul and Charan Singh, were involved in the conspiracy. Among the arrested accused, Abhishek, Amit and Nivaran were both shown as BJP MLAs in Maharashtra, but their names are not in the list of MLAs there.

Abhishek told police that Amit had sent an Indigo ticket on July 19 in the case. Jayakumar Wankhede, a leader from Maharashtra, booked it and sent it to Amit Singh. He reached Delhi on July 15. Accompanying him were the three local legislators who also arrived at the hotel. Here Chandrasekhar Rao Bawankul and Charan Singh reached. The three MLAs returned to Jharkhand Bhavan after visiting the residences of several leaders in Delhi.

Abhishek said the three MLAs met senior leaders in Delhi on July 15. He was promised an advance of Rs 10 million, but was offended by the non-receipt of the advance and returned to Ranchi on a 3.30 pm flight the same day. According to the arrested accused, several local MLAs were contacted in Ranchi. Abhishek admitted that there was a conspiracy to overthrow the government by holding a vote in the House. He also admitted that two journalists and a middleman were involved in the overthrow of the government.
