The case of confiscating the land of Sagabhai's mother-in-law Vesu came out and the brother became the complainant

Navsari: A complaint has been lodged with the Jalalpore police against 11 members of a Rajasthani family from Surat who entered the revenue record by becoming bogus farmer account holders in Satgam of Navsari district.

The case came to light after the accused confiscated the land of Vesugam in Surat of Sagabhai's mother-in-law. According to the information received from the police sources, Vimal Tormalbhai Poddar (U.V.59, living near Poddar Avenue Union Park, Ghoddod Road, Surat) was arrested by Surat Range IGP on 25-6-2021. A written complaint was lodged with Dr. Rajkumar Pandian.

In which it was said that his cousin Balkishan Tormalbhai Podar and his son Sanjay Poddar had confiscated the valuable land at Vesu in Surat of the plaintiff's mother-in-law Sumitraben Sureshchandra Goyal, who lives in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

In fact, Vimal Poddar was given the power of attorney by Sumitraben. The complaint has reached the Gujarat High Court. There is a stay order in favor of the plaintiff at present.

Meanwhile, the plaintiff had exposed his old scams to teach a lesson to his brother-in-law and nephew who had usurped his mother-in-law's land. The accused had bought lands worth Rs 500 crore in the name of his family, Vevai and son-in-law in Surat and Navsari districts.

In which he revealed that he had produced a bogus farmer's certificate even though he was not a farmer. In which Davel Simalak of Jalalpore taluka, Vedchha, Mandir, Matwad, Hothamadi, At and Hansapor villages bought hundreds of acres of agricultural land. Who was deceived by presenting a bogus certificate of being a farmer to be named.

The accused had offered land in the names of his wife, sons, daughters, son-in-law, brother-in-law and brother-in-law. The Range IGP has been asked to register the complaint and take legal action. Ordering Rajkumar Pandya, Jalalpore police has registered a case against 11 people of Surat for making bogus certificates of treason and fraud in the name of agricultural lands.

The bogus certificate was posted from Dhanera Mamlatdar's office and sent to Amod

As the accused were not farmers, they made fake stamps (coins) of the Mamlatdar's office at Dhanera village in Banaskantha district. He then made a bogus certificate of being a farmer and signed the bogus of the then Mamlatdar (1998). And this ready bogus certificate was posted from Dhanera Mamlatdar's office and sent to Amod village of Bharuch, as he had bought the first farm land there claiming to be a farmer. The accused's brother-in-law himself had complained that even though he was not a farmer, he had bought a farmer's land worth crores of rupees using a bogus certificate. Which turned out to be true in the investigation.
