Amid dissatisfaction among local leaders in the Uttar Pradesh BJP over Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, there are reports of tensions between Yogi Adityanath and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Yogi Adityanath arrived in Delhi on a two-day visit on the second day after Jitin Prasad, a Congress leader from a well-known Brahmin family in Uttar Pradesh, joined the BJP. Yogi Adityanath met Home Minister Amit Shah on Thursday when he is expected to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday morning and party president JP Nadda in the afternoon.

Several leaders in the Uttar Pradesh BJP have reportedly expressed dissatisfaction with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. These leaders have complained that Yogi Adityanath has not done the right thing in tackling the Koro epidemic in Uttar Pradesh. In addition, Yogi Adityanath's meeting with Amit Shah is significant amid reports that the entry of AK Sharma, a former Gujarat cadre close to Modi, into Uttar Pradesh politics will increase the dominance of Brahmins in the state.

One of the special reasons for Yogi Adityan's visit to Delhi is said to be Jitin Prasad, a leading leader from the Congress to the BJP. Jitin Prasad is a big Brahmin face in Uttar Pradesh politics. He is likely to play a key role in resetting the BJP in the next assembly elections. A group of Brahmins in the state consider the yogi government to be pro-Thakur. The possibility is being expressed that the BJP will emphasize on the Brahmin face.

A former bureaucrat considered close to Prime Minister Modi. That. Sharma came to Uttar Pradesh. Reports of tensions between Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Prime Minister Modi have gained momentum as AK Sharma has not been given a major role in the state despite being in the BJP and being sent to Uttar Pradesh for almost six months.

With less than a year to go before the Assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, the BJP has already started preparations for the polls. There are reports that Brahmins in the state are dissatisfied with the yogi government. As two Brahmin faces are increasingly dominating the state's politics, pro-Thakur Yogi Adityanath is said to be pitted against Prime Minister Modi. Discussions on a change of leadership in the party also began some time ago. However, the BJP denied the rumors. Uttar Pradesh BJP is trying to handle the crisis as the second wave of Koro epidemic has had a widespread impact on the people. In the last few times, many MPs and MLAs have publicly criticized the Yogi government on the issue of Corona's management in the state. The BJP is already working to regain power by removing the resentment of MPs, MLAs and the people.
