Two crore Bangladeshi-Rohingya in Bengal, expel: Demand in Supreme

PIL to take action against illegal occupants

Demand for NSA action against government or police personnel who help infiltrating mafias

New Delhi: A PIL has been filed in the Supreme Court seeking deportation of Bangladeshis and Rohingyas who have infiltrated West Bengal. It has been demanded that such illegal Bangladeshis and Rohingyas be traced, apprehended and later repatriated within a year.

The PIL was filed in the Supreme Court by Sandita Chakraborty, a resident of West Bengal. He also demanded that the Supreme Court order the Center and the state government to expel such illegal immigrants within a year.

At the same time, it was demanded that police personnel, officers, other government employees and security personnel assisting the infiltrating mafia should be prosecuted under the provisions of the National Security Act.

The PIL was filed by lawyer Ashwini Kumar Dubey. Prosecutors claimed that there were 20 million Bangladeshis and Rohingyas living in West Bengal, which was affecting the economy of the entire state. At the same time, they are a major threat to the security and law and order of the state and the country.

This is not a case of any religion but a case of illegal entry into the state. Illegal figures, election or ration cards being made by such people should also be confiscated and investigated. Action may also be taken against the employees involved.
