Nepal's PM KP Sharma Oli's Bafat-Yoga was born in Nepal, "India was not then"

Kathmandu, 21 June 2021 Monday

Nepal's Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has repeatedly lashed out at India, saying on World Yoga Day today that yoga was born in India and that India did not exist when yoga began. Addressing an event on the occasion of International Yoga Day, Oli said that yoga originated in Nepal, not India.

Oli also claimed that Indian experts were hiding facts in this regard. However, Oli has been accused in his own country of trying to cover up his government's failure by making controversial statements against India.

Earlier, Oli had called Ayodhya a fake. In the year 2020, Oli claimed that Ayodhya in India is fake and Ayodhya near Virganj in Nepal is real. Without any kind of historical evidence, Oli claimed that we did not give Sita to the Prince of Ayodhya in India but to the Prince of Ayodhya in Nepal. Ayodhya is a village located on the west side of Virganj. Ayodhya made in India is not real.
