Despite the completion of elections in West Bengal, the political battle is not over. When Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee lost the election from Nandigram, she has now challenged the entire election process of Nandigram seat in the High Court. The petition filed by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee will be heard in the High Court tomorrow.

The BJP has reacted to Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's decision. "How do you lose an election twice?" Said Amit Malviya. First by challenging the referendum in court like a loser in an election and later. Malviya further said that it would be fun to see Mamata Banerjee losing the Nandigram seat twice.

Mamata Banerjee was defeated by her former ally Shubhendu Adhikari from Nandigram seat in the West Bengal Assembly elections. Mamata Banerjee has now reached the High Court over the Nandigram seat election result in Teva. He has challenged the Nandigram election result. Mamata Banerjee, shortly after the counting of votes, alleged that there was a scam. The matter will be heard in court tomorrow.

It was only after the defeat in Nandigram that Mamata said she would challenge the outcome in court. Mamata Banerjee left her seat in Bhawanipur to contest against Shubhendu Dhikari. But the BJP's Shubhendu officer defeated him.
