Knit-JEE Mains will not be canceled, the program is likely to be announced shortly

New Delhi, Dt

After the cancellation of CBSE Std-12 examination due to the second wave of Corona epidemic, the pressure on the Central Government to cancel competitive examinations like NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) and JEE (Joint Entrance Exam Mains) has also increased. However, the Union Ministry of Education has made it clear that the NEET and JEE Mains examinations will not be canceled.

These tests will be conducted soon as the second wave of the Corona epidemic subsides. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has also hinted at announcing the schedule of examinations involving NEET and JEE Mains by next week. According to sources close to the education ministry and the NTA, the PMO has also given the go-ahead to conduct the NEET and JEE Mains exams. Preparations for these exams have been expedited. The ministry believes that most of the country's board exams have been canceled after the CBSE board exams for the PM's chairmanship were canceled. Students are given marks based on internal assessment. It is not appropriate to select students in this prestigious competitive examination without an entrance examination. This raises a number of new questions. Even so, corona conditions are rapidly improving in all states of the country, including Delhi, and lockdowns are being lifted.
