For the second day in a row, the daily case is below one lakh with 92 thousand new cases in the country


- Corona's total cases cross 2.90 crore

- Additional 1.7 lakh injections of amphotericin-B protective against black fungus delivered to states

- The total death toll crossed 3.53 lakh with 2219 deaths in 24 hours, active cases now close to 12 lakh

New Delhi: The daily cases of corona in India are now going below one lakh. In the last three hours, there have been 2.4 new cases of corona. At the same time, the total number of cases has crossed 2.50 crore. At the same time, the number of active cases has come down to 12 lakh. In 6 hours, 219 people have died due to corona. And the total death toll has risen to 4.5 lakh.

The recovery rate in the country has now risen to 7.5 per cent. On Tuesday, 12.5 lakh corona tests were performed. With this, the total number of tests has reached 3 crores. So far, 25 million people have recovered by beating Corona. The second wave of corona virus in the country is almost under control. The DRDO, which is developing the drug ૨-deoxy-D-glucose (૨-DG) used to treat corona patients, has invited a letter of interest to transfer the drug manufacturing technique to the Indian pharmaceutical industry. Union Minister Sadanand Gowda said an additional 1.5 lakh injections of amphotericin-B drug, which helps in black fungus, have been given to the states. 16 injections have been given in Karnataka alone. Black fungus has also affected many people amid the Corona epidemic. On the other hand, out of all the deaths due to corona so far, one lakh have died in Maharashtra, 206 in Karnataka, 3.6 in Tamil Nadu and 21,000 in Delhi.
