Corona third wave warning in India by October

Bangalore / New Delhi, Dt

The outbreak of the second wave of corona in India has subsided and the daily cases and deaths of corona have also come down significantly. As a result, states have begun to ease lockdowns and restrictions. However, people should not be negligent in the wake of the declining case of Corona. Because experts have warned of a third wave of corona in the near future. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also said that the Koro epidemic is still among us. We need to be more careful.

A team of health experts in a survey has predicted a third wave of corona in the country by October, the festive season. However, health experts say that this wave will be more controlled than the second wave in India, but due to this third wave, the transition of corona in the country may last for one more year.

A snap survey of 30 health experts, doctors, scientists, virologists, epidemiologists and professors from June 8 to 12 found that a significant surge in vaccination in India could soften the outbreak of the third wave. Of the experts who predicted the third wave of corona in India, 9 per cent or more than 21 health experts said that the next wave would arrive by October. Three have predicted his arrival in early August and 12 in September. Three other experts have predicted a third wave of corona in India between November and February.

However, the relief is that more than 50 per cent of experts, or 3 to 4 per cent, have said that any new outbreak of corona in India could be better controlled than the current one. All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS) Director Dr. Randeep Guleria said that as the vaccination drive in the country gained momentum, the third wave would be more controlled and the cases would be much less as well as the second wave would have some degree of natural immunity. That means Corona’s third wave is unlikely to be so terrifying.

In a possible third wave, about two-thirds of the experts at the risk to children, that is, nine out of 20 experts, have said yes. The President of the Department of Epidemiology at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuroscience (NIMHANS), Dr. Pradeep Bandoor said that they have been completely untouched in terms of vaccination as there is currently no vaccine available for them. Experts warn that the condition could be serious for them. In response to another question, 20 out of 21 experts said that the risk of corona virus in India will remain for at least a year. 11 Experts say the risk will last less than a year. Fifteen people said it would be less than two years, while 18 experts said it would be more than two years and two said the risk of corona in India would never end.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the Corona virus is still among us. It has the potential to mutate. So we need to increase the preparation with caution. With the same goal, the campaign to create one lakh frontline Corona Warriors is starting. The Prime Minister launched a 'Crash Course' program specially designed for more than one lakh Covid Warriors. We have to follow the Corona protocol in every way. We will have to increase our readiness with every treatment and every prospect to face the third wave.

On the other hand, during the second wave of Corona, the active Delhi High Court has taken suo moto on the issue of people not wearing masks in Delhi. The Delhi High Court has issued notices to the Center and the Delhi government seeking their response on the issue, saying that when the third wave of Corona is not far away, state what preparations the Center and the states have made to deal with it. The court has fixed the next hearing of the case for July 9. The court directed the Center and the state to avoid congestion in Delhi's markets and ensure compliance with the rules of social distance.
