Corona transition situation in Brazil is expected to worsen: President Bolsonaro blames for genocide

Rio de Janeiro: Brazil is the second most affected country by the Corona, after the United States and India. Corona has killed more than half a million people in Brazil so far, and experts are still worried.

Thousands took to the streets to protest against President Xi Bolsonaro's death, citing the slow pace of vaccinations and the government's lax policy.

Brazil has the highest number of deaths due to corona in Latin America. Brazil ranks second in the world after the United States with a death toll of five million. According to a report released by the Brazilian Ministry of Health, 1,78,83,750 people have been infected with corona in the country so far and five million people have died.

Doctors and experts fear that if vaccinations are not increased and other concrete steps are not taken, the situation could still get worse, as only 11 people have been vaccinated in Brazil so far. People took to the streets against Brazilian President Zaire Bolsonaro, outraged that the situation had arisen due to slow vaccinations and delays in measures, including lockdowns.

People in all 26 states of the country, including the capital Brasilia, staged protests and chanted slogans against President Bolsonaro, saying that the deaths of half a million people were a form of genocide and that President Bolsonaro was responsible for the genocide.

Gonzalo Vecina, president of Brazil's health regulator Envisa, says the death toll could reach seven to eight million by the time the vaccine's effects begin to show. He also slammed President Zaire Bolsonaro and the administration for taking action against Corona.

Fire in Amazon: Fear of rising cases in Brazil

Scientists fear that a major wildfire will erupt in the Amazon rainforest, as it did last year, and that the smoke and other conditions created by the wildfire will exacerbate the Corona situation in Brazil. During June to September, the fire caused a reversal in the climate of the countries around the Amazon River, and this reversal will also increase coronary heart disease and infection in Brazil.
