A major breakdown in the LJP after the demise of Ram Vilas Paswan

In the morning, uncle Pashupati took over the chairmanship of Chirag Paswan, in the evening Chirag suspended five MPs including Pashupati.

Patna: After the demise of Ram Vilas Paswan in Bihar, his party Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) has started splitting. Ram Vilas Paswan's son Chirag Paswan is the party president though he was removed from the post by another veteran party leader and Chirag's uncle Pashupati Kumar Parse. Against whom Chirag Paswan had called a meeting and suspended five MPs.

Chirag Paswan's uncle Pashupati Kumar Paras and his supporting leaders, citing the party's constitution, claimed that Chirag Paswan was in three positions together, so he has been removed from the post of national president.

While Chirag Paswan also called a meeting of the National Working Committee through video conference in the evening, before this meeting, Chirag Paswan supporters chanted slogans against Pashupati Kumar in Patna. At the same time, pictures of Pashupati Kumar and five MPs as well as Nitish Kumar were also burnt. Later in the evening, Chirag Paswan called a meeting of the working committee and suspended five MPs, including Pashupati Kumar.

Apart from Pashupati, the five MPs include Prince Raj, Chandan Singh, Veena Devi and Mehboob Ali Keshar. The MPs had sent notices to Chirag Paswan for rebelling against him, though he was suspended for not appearing. At the same time, Chirag Paswan told Kaka Pashupati that the party is equal and Mani should never be betrayed.
