New Delhi, May 12, 2021, Wednesday

A large number of people have joined the donation campaign launched by Team India captain Virat Kohli and his wife Anushka to help corona patients amid corona transition in the country.

"Our goal is to raise Rs 7 crore in seven days," Virat and Anushka said. The superstar couple started it by giving themselves Rs 2 crore. However, now a large number of people are joining him and in just five days he has collected five crore rupees. Now they need another Rs 2 crore to meet this target in two days.

This amount will be given by Virat and Anushka to an NGO.

It may be mentioned that Anushka Sharma did not even celebrate her birthday as people all over the country were unwell amid the transition of Koro. "Celebration is not appropriate when people are losing their lives," Anushka said.
