Violence continues in West Bengal, bombs dropped, four injured

The bomber struck shortly after noon in front of a police checkpoint, killing at least two people and wounding several others. Police in riot gear stormed a rally on Saturday, removing hundreds of protesters by truck.

The Bhatpada area of ​​North 24 Parganas has been the epicenter of the violence. According to locals, the bombing started after 11 pm last night. Police say four people have been killed and the situation is now under control. Some houses were vandalized. A police convoy reached the spot as soon as the news came. A man named Javed Khan was seriously injured in the blast.

Meanwhile, BJP leader Arjun Singh, who lives here, has been accused of throwing a bomb in front of his house. Arjun Singh says a conspiracy has been hatched to assassinate him. .

Violence has erupted in the area after the TMC's victory in five seats, which has not stopped.
