TMC chief minister and MPs to visit Delhi, BJP MP hints at violence in Bengal

New Delhi, May 4, 2021, Tuesday

Following the results of the Assembly elections in West Bengal, TMC activists have now resorted to violence. BJP workers are being targeted and an atmosphere of fear has been created all around, while BJP's Delhi MP has slammed Mamata Banerjee's party.

BJP Delhi MP Parvesh Saheb Singh Verma said, "Everyone is watching the way BJP goons have beaten BJP workers after the TMC victory in West Bengal. But the TMC remembers that their MPs, chief ministers and MLAs are also coming to Delhi."

"TMC goons have killed BJP workers after winning the elections, smashed workers' vehicles, set houses on fire but remember that TMC chief ministers, MPs and MLAs are coming to Delhi, beware of this, if the election is won," Verma said. But murders do not happen.

It may be mentioned that the manner in which violence is being perpetrated by the TMC is also being discussed on social media. People are also protesting against Mamata Banerjee on this issue.

Meanwhile, the central government has also sought a report from the state government on the violence in the state.
