The raw material for the Corona vaccine sent by the US, eight hundred million doses will be ready

The U.S. government sent raw materials for the Covid-19 vaccine last week. The United States says it has shipped enough raw materials this week to produce 20 million doses of the covshield vaccine in India.

This raw material has been delivered as the sixth supply of medical aid to America. The Biden administration said in a statement on Wednesday that the amount of raw materials it has shipped this week could produce 20 million doses of Covishield in India.

Also sent Ramdesivir

The U.S. government has also sent more than 81,000 vials of remedivir injection. The second wave of Corona has taken a very dangerous form in India. Because of this all countries have come forward to help. The European Union has announced emergency funding of 22 lakh euros (about Rs 19 crore) to India.

According to the 27-nation European Union, the funds announced by the European Commission differ from those provided by EU countries.

Poonawala made the request

This is the sixth time India has received US help. The US has sent the sixth flight of emergency relief to India in 6 days. Covishield vaccine is manufactured by Serum Institute of India at Pune. Most of its raw materials come from America. Its CEO Adar Poonawala urged the US administration to lift the ban on export of vaccine raw materials as it is imperative to increase vaccine production in India.
