Saudi Arabia slaps India, lifts travel ban on Indians and exempts Pakistan

Saudi Arabia has decided to shock millions of Indians working there. Saudi Arabia last year banned Indians from coming to Saudi Arabia due to the Koro transition.

Similar restrictions were imposed on other countries to prevent the spread of coronavirus in the country. Now, although Saudi Arabia has lifted the sanctions, India is not on the list. While the travel ban on the people of Pakistan has been lifted.

Pakistan's PM Imran Khan recently visited Saudi Arabia and the ban has since been lifted. Saudi Arabia has announced that the country's borders will be opened from May 17. People who have been vaccinated and who have beaten the corona in less than 6 months will be allowed to enter the country. Citizens over the age of 18 who have a mediclaim policy covering the risk of corona will also be allowed to come to Saudi Arabia.

Countries that have had their sanctions lifted will be able to operate their airlines at full capacity. However, citizens of countries still battling the Corona have not yet been allowed to enter Saudi Arabia, including India, Libya, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, Iran, Turkey, Armenia, Somalia, Congo, Afghanistan, Venezuela and Belarus.

The decision has come as a shock to those living in India. So far, 4.3 million cases of corona have been reported in Saudi Arabia.
