Preparations are underway to crack down on Olympic medalist Sushil Kumar, who is embroiled in the Wrestler Sagar murder case. Delhi Police may impose MCOCA on Sushil Kumar. It is learned that the police is preparing to take action against Sushil Kumar under MCOCA. MCOCA proceedings are against organized crime perpetrators. Sushil Kumar cannot easily get bail after being hit by MCOCA.

The MCOCA law is so strict that Sushil Kumar cannot easily get bail once it is enacted. There is a provision for life imprisonment after MCOCA. The Special Cell of Delhi Police has started sifting through Sushil Kumar's horoscope regarding his relationship with Kala Jathedi and Neeraj Bawana, one of the top gangsters in the capital. It is alleged that Sushil had been informing the two gangsters about their status and activities for some time.

According to police, Sushil's role was similar to that of former MLA Ramvir Shaukin, who was working behind the scenes for his gangster brother-in-law Neeraj Bawana. Ramvir Shaukin is also currently in jail.

According to the police, an alliance was formed between Sushil and the gangsters in the year 2018. But during the killing of wrestler Sagar, Sushil also got into a scuffle with Kala Jathedi's nephew Sonu with the help of Neeraj Bawana and Asauda gang. This caused a rift in the relationship between Jathedi and Sushil.
