RLD chief and former Union Minister Chaudhry Ajit Singh dies, infected with corona

Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) president and former Union Minister Chaudhry Ajit Singh has passed away. They were infected with corona. Ajit Singh, 86, fell ill on Tuesday night and was admitted to a private hospital in Gurugram.

It was learned that Ajit Singh's condition had deteriorated due to increased lung infections. Chaudhry Ajit Singh, son of former Prime Minister Chaudhry Charan Singh, has been a seven-time MP from Baghpat and Union Civil Aviation Minister. Following the death of Ajit Singh, mourning is rife in western Uttar Pradesh, including Baghpat. Chaudhary Ajit Singh was also considered one of the great leaders of the Jat community.

Corona was infected on April 22

RLD president Chaudhry Ajit Singh contracted the corona on April 22. The infection then spread to his lungs very quickly. His health deteriorated on Tuesday night and he breathed his last on Thursday morning.
