Rajasthan govt to order vaccines from abroad, Gehlot govt seals global tender

- A long-running demand for a change of designation by nurses was also approved

The Gehlot government of Rajasthan has taken drastic measures like lockdown to break the chain of the second wave of corona and has now sealed the global tender so as not to hinder the vaccination campaign in any way. This important decision was taken after a cabinet meeting which lasted for about 3 hours.

Cabinet meeting decision

The Gehlot government is now preparing to buy the vaccine itself to address the shortage of corona vaccine in the region. The cabinet meeting on vaccine, chaired by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, lasted for about three hours and took a number of important decisions. During the meeting, the Cabinet discussed the issue of issuing a global tender to procure the vaccine by issuing a global tender soon so that the vaccine could be made available to the people and the disease could be eradicated.

Gifts on International Nurses Day

The Geholat government gave a big gift to the nurses of the region on the occasion of International Nurses Day. The government has sealed the decision on a long-running demand by nurses to change their designation. Due to this, the designation of nurses across the region can now be changed. The nurses demanded that their designation be changed to a second-grade nurse to a nursing officer and a first-grade nurse to a senior nursing officer.
