The second wave of corona in the country came amid a number of incidents involving shortages of oxygen, ICU beds and vaccines. Based on this news, the Congress is constantly targeting Prime Minister Modi and the Central Government. The Bharatiya Janata Party has retaliated.

The BJP has accused the Congress of spreading illusions among the countrymen during the epidemic and tarnishing the image of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He also said that the vulture-like politics of the Opposition has come to the fore in times of crisis. Citing a toolkit, BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra alleged that the Congress had tried to humiliate and discredit India all over the world for its own political interests at a time when the entire country was battling the epidemic.

A toolkit is a type of document that has a step-by-step issue to move a campaign forward. Proponents of her case have been working to make the actual transcript of this statement available online. Even during the recent peasant agitation, a toolkit came up which was hotly debated.

According to Patra, at the time of the epidemic, the Congress tried to take political advantage by creating a state of confusion in the country through various means to encircle the government with a similar toolkit. He further said, "Rahul Gandhi used it as an opportunity to tarnish the image of Prime Minister Modi. He directed the Congress workers to name the new strain of Corona as Modi strain. With the help of foreign journalists, he left no stone unturned to discredit India.

The World Health Organization has also refused to call Corona's new strain an Indian strain but the Congress has started airing it as the Indian strain and beyond as the Modi strain. According to Sambit Patra, he also found a document on the basis of which Rahul Gandhi used to tweet every morning. The toolkit also mentions questioning PM Kers's ventilator and promoting the Central Vista project as the PM's personal home and palace.
