Ministers in the Mamata government have been granted interim bail in the relief, sting operation case

Mamata Banerjee and her ministers have been greatly relieved in the Narda sting case. The Kolkata High Court has granted interim bail to four leaders, including two ministers. In the recent Narda sting case, TMC government ministers Farhad Hakim, Subrato Banerjee and MLA Madan Mitra and Kolkata Mayor Shovan Chatterjee have been arrested by the CBI.

On May 17, the CBI arrested the four leaders on charges of involvement in the scam. In protest, Mamata Banerjee took to the streets and accused the Center of taking revenge. The four leaders were placed under house arrest by the court. An application was filed in the court against him by the CBI. CM Mamata Banerjee and Law Minister Malay Ghatak were named as parties in a petition filed by the CBI to divert the Narda sting tape case from the state.

The four leaders were spotted taking large sums of money in a sting operation carried out by a news channel called Narad before the state assembly elections six years ago. The channel's reporter carried out the sting operation on behalf of a company.

The four leaders were arrested by the CBI on May 17 in the case. Who has now been granted interim bail by the High Court.
