Japan is famous all over the world for its bullet trains and the regularity of these trains. However, now there is a case of negligence of the bullet train driver that has shocked the whole country.

The safety of its operation is just as basic as that of an extremely fast bullet train that can cause an accident. Employees involved in train service also have to strictly follow safety rules. One of the drivers of the bullet train was leaving the bullet train running at a speed of 150 km per hour and was going to the washroom. The train was carrying 160 people at the time.

According to media reports, the high speed bullet train left Tokyo for Osaka in the morning. The driver was 36 years old and had eight years of driving experience. The driver got up to go to the toilet when the speed of the train reached 150 kilometers per hour.

For this he did not wait for the train to stop at the next station. He handed over the responsibility of the train to his conductor. The driver stayed out of the cabin for a few minutes. In Japan, some conductors who work with the driver of a bullet train also have a license to drive a bullet train. However, this conductor did not have such a license.

However, no accident took place till the driver returned and all the passengers were safe. The driver also did not tell anyone about the incident. However, the Central Control Room noticed that the train had arrived at the designated station one minute late and caused the incident to come out.

Disciplinary action has now been initiated against the driver by Japan Railways. The driver has also been ordered to apologize to all passengers.
