In Assam, security forces killed six militants and recovered weapons

Terrorism is once again on the rise in Assam. Six militants of the Dimasa Liberation Army were killed in an encounter with security forces in Assam today.

The bomber struck shortly after noon in Karbi Anglong district, police said. A large number of weapons and ammunition have been recovered from them. The operation was carried out in Karbi Anglong district, which borders Nagaland. Security forces are still conducting a search operation.
