Senior Maharashtra Congress leader and Rajya Sabha MP Rajiv Satav has passed away. He first contracted corona and later developed pneumonia. He has been undergoing treatment at Jehangir Hospital in Pune for the past few days. Congress spokesperson Randeep Singh Surjewala tweeted the news of Rajiv Satwan's death.

Rajiv Satav has passed away at the age of 46 and his death has taken a heavy toll on the Gujarat Congress. He had recently beaten Corona but since then his health had deteriorated so much that he finally had to be kept on a ventilator.
