Corona, a new disease after black fungus! Learn how to attack the body

Governments and doctors are concerned as cases of black fungus, or mucorrhoea, are now emerging in the country amid the outbreak of corona.

Now the government is worried after four patients with white fungus were found in Patna, the capital of Bihar. That being said, white fungus is even more deadly than black fungus and is a major cause of lung infections. At the same time the fungus affects the skin, nails, the inside of the mouth, the intestines, the kidneys and the brain.

According to the information, the head of the microbiology department of Patna Medical College, Dr. SN Sinha, while informing that four patients had come forward, said that the corona tests of such patients are coming negative. If a CT scan shows a corona-like symptom and a culture of the patient's cough is reported, the fungus is known.

Patients on oxygen support may be exposed to white fungus. Which can infect their lungs and also weaken the immune system due to this fungus. Apart from this, patients who have diabetes or have been taking steroids for a long time can also get the fungus.

Children and cancer patients can also get white fungus. According to doctors, patients with oxygen or ventilators, especially tubes, should be germ-free. Oxygen cylinders should be used with sterilized water.
