Corona breaks all records in the country, new cases cross 4 lakh for third time, compliance increases in several states

-Supreme Court questions whether new graduate doctors and nurses can be hired during the third wave

Every day new records are being set in the country due to Corona virus. Corona's record-breaking new cases were reported in India on Thursday. In the last 24 hours, 4,14,433 new cases of corona were reported in the country and 3,920 people lost their lives. This is the first time that the number of new cases of Corona has crossed 4.14 lakh in a single day. While for the third time in the country, the new case of Corona has crossed the 4 lakh mark.

Earlier on Wednesday, 4,12,618 new cases of corona were reported in the country while on April 30, 4,02,351 new cases were reported. The apex court had questioned the central government's preparations for a possible third wave of the epidemic amid a steadily rising Koro case. The apex court questioned what plans the government has for treating children if they become infected with corona in the third wave. The Supreme Court asked whether the parents would stay in the hospital if the children became infected. The Supreme Court also questioned whether new graduate doctors and nurses could be hired during the third wave.

Increase in Corona cases in Maharashtra

Corona cases have once again increased in Maharashtra. In the last 24 hours, 62,194 new cases of corona have been reported in Maharashtra. Apart from this, the death toll of Corona in Maharashtra has also become worrisome. In a single day, 853 people in the region have lost their lives due to corona. In the capital Mumbai, 3,056 new cases of corona were reported in 24 hours and 69 people died.
