Zydus Cadillac has sought permission to test its antibody cocktail drug on humans. It has previously been tested on animals and is claimed by the company to help reduce damage to the lungs. So now we want to do a trial on humans as well, the company said.

At present, the antibody cocktail of Swiss pharmaceutical company Roshan is being used in India. Now Ahmedabad-based pharmaceutical company Zydus Cadila has sought permission for a clinical trial of its antibody cocktail drug. The company has asked for permission to test the corona for patients who have fewer symptoms of corona infection.

This cocktail is named ZRC-3308. On Monday, Rosh India and Cipla launched Rosh's antibody cocktail in India. The corona patient admitted to Medanta Hospital in Gurugram was given antibody cocktail medication. While Zydus said that our cocktail has been successful on animals and has now sought approval for its trial on humans.
