Despite all India's opposition, the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPAC) being built in slave Kashmir has been hampered. Concerned about Pakistan's rising debt mountain, China is unwilling to approve a 6 billion loan for the corridor's largest project.

CIPAC is part of Chinese President Xi Jinping's ambitious 'One Belt, One Road' project. Jinping sees the plan as a modern Silk Route, designed to connect China directly to Europe by road and rail.

The cost of the Mainline-1 (ML-1) railway projects connected to CPAC was 9 9 billion but was later reduced to 6. 6.8 billion. According to a report, Chinese officials have expressed doubts and concerns over Pakistan's eligibility to repay the loan.

According to Pakistani officials, Beijing expressed its concern at a meeting on March 30 involving funding for the project.

The corridor is worth 46 46 billion

In 2015, China announced the construction of this આર્થિક 46 billion economic corridor in Pakistan. China's plan is to increase its influence in Pakistan through this corridor and counter the influence of the US and India in the whole of Central and South Asia.
