After coronation, Asaram's health deteriorated in AIIMS and he was shifted to ICU

Asaram Bapu, who was shifted to Jodhpur AIIMS from jail after his coronation, is reported to be in critical condition.

According to the details received, he has now been shifted from the normal ward to the ICU. He was then admitted to AIIMS. His health was improving but on Wednesday he suddenly started having trouble breathing. He has now been admitted to the ICU.

Asaram is serving his sentence in Jodhpur jail on rape charges. He is also suffering from other ailments and Asaram has also sought a 2-month interim bail from the High Court for treatment. Asaram wants to continue his treatment. The High Court, on the other hand, has asked Asaram's lawyers to file a medical report.

Asaram was tested with other inmates a few days ago. In which they were declared positive and their oxygen levels were also declining. He has since been admitted to the AIIMS. Meanwhile, a further hearing on Asaram's bail application is scheduled for tomorrow.
