1.85 lakh tonne cruise ship with capacity of more than five thousand passengers arrives in Southampton

Arriving in Southampton for the naming ceremony after the giant cruise ship, which could carry more than five thousand tourists at a time in the United Kingdom, was ready, it was traditionally welcomed and a large number of people flocked to see it.

It is the largest cruise ship designed for the United Kingdom market, with as many as 17 passenger docks. The cruise ship, which is about 1,132 feet long, will be launched this summer. The ship is claimed to be Britain's first liner powered by liquefied natural gas. Due to which there will be negligible pollution from this ship.

These types of jumbo ships are usually driven by engine engines and the nitrogen oxides emitted from them harm the environment. The cruise ship, built in Papenberg, Germany, weighs 1.86 million tons.

The huge cruise ship that reached the shores of Southampton was given a water salute. On which some musical programs were held. Although people were not allowed to participate in these events, they were only telecast online. Britain has allowed domestic cruise ships to start operating with up to 50 per cent of its capacity.
