The Municipal Corporation burnt 8 bodies on a single cheetah, causing deaths due to corona

The administration of Beed district of Maharashtra is facing serious difficulties due to the second wave of Corona. The bodies of 8 people who died due to corona on Tuesday were cremated on the same cheetah. The incident took place at Ambajogai in Beed district and has sparked outrage among the people against the administration. It is learned that the administration did not provide any information to the families of the deceased about the mass cheetah.

Beed's Ambajogai is currently the hotspot of Corona in the district. A total of 161 civilians were reported infected with corona on Tuesday in the city premises. Seven patients died at Swami Ramanand Tirth Hospital and one at Lokhandi Kovid Care Center. In order to get the municipal administration to complete the funeral as soon as possible, the road crematorium had arranged for all the 8 deceased to be buried together and cremated en masse.

All the dead were said to be over 60 years of age and included the body of a woman. As soon as the photo of the cremation went viral, the people of the district became angry with the administration. As of March, only 1,000 corona infections were reported in Ambajogai but more than 304 infections have been detected in the last four days. It has been in the news since a few days ago, Koro positives were caught moving in the market in Ambajogai.
