Shortage on the one hand and 800 remedicivir injections stolen from a government hospital on the other

Bhopal, Ta. 17 April 2021, Saturday

On the one hand there is a shortage of remedivir injections used to treat corona. While people are clamoring for a single injection, there is an outcry that 800 Ramdasivir injections have been stolen from Hamidia Hospital in Bhopal.

Now police are checking CCTV footage. The stock of these injections reportedly arrived at the hospital recently. Hospital staff are also suspected to be involved in the theft. The government, on the other hand, claims to have supplied 42,000 remedial injections so far. Another 50,000 has been ordered, which will arrive in three days.

Meanwhile, the state government has said that the number of beds in government hospitals and private hospitals in Madhya Pradesh has been increased to 40,000.

While targeting the government, the Congress has said that the number of patients is increasing in Madhya Pradesh but hospitals do not have beds, oxygen and injections. The coming days will be terrible if the government does not act on the basis of war.
