PM Modi is likely to visit Portugal and France next month

The country is in a dire situation due to the corona virus. The number of active cases of corona in the country has crossed 20 lakh at present. Meanwhile, it is now rumored that PM Modi may travel to Portugal and France next month. However, a final decision is yet to be taken.

No decision has yet been taken by the External Affairs Ministry on the issue and no official announcement has been made. However, sources said that preparations for the foreign tour have been completed and advance teams have carried out the necessary studies as per the protocol before the Prime Minister's visit.

At present, PM Modi is holding one meeting after another with the concerned parties over Corona's outrage. Thus, PM Modi has to go to Portugal on May 8 and from there he can also go to France. PM Modi is expected to hold a meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron. PM Modi may attend EU meeting in Portugal.

However, if the current Corona wave in the country continues in May, there is a possibility that PM Modi will cancel the tour.
