West Bengal has held 3 phases of elections and the fourth phase of polling will be held on Saturday, April 10. Before the polls, Union Home Minister Amit Shah claimed that the BJP would lead in three phases and the party would get 63 to 68 seats. At the same time, Amit Shah targeted the Trinamool Congress and Mamata Banerjee.

During a press conference in Kolkata on Friday, Amit Shah said that so far in 3 phases, the people of Bengal have given unexpected public support. We are winning 63 to 68 seats as per our calculations. The fact that the Trinamool Congress is bewildered is evident in their dealings, language and communication.

"The way Mamata Banerjee has commented on the security forces, I am surprised that a state chief minister or the chairperson of a political party says, 'Surround the CRPF, stop it,'" the Union Home Minister said. Mumtaz wants to lead the people to chaos and does not want peaceful elections.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah said, "Mamata Banerjee has repeatedly alleged that the CRPF is repeatedly disturbing the elections at the behest of the Home Ministry. The home ministry has no control.

Targeting the TMC, Amit Shah said, "Our workers are being attacked repeatedly. BJP workers were attacked inside the police station in Bhawanipur. No TMC leader has commented against these attacks which is a sign of silence." The manner in which Mamata Banerjee is telling Muslim voters to unite suggests that Muslim voters are also escaping from the hands of the TMC. Didi should understand that the people of Bengal are against her.
