The new wave of corona virus has caused a great deal of controversy in the country. The matter was heard in the Madras High Court on Monday. The High Court held the Election Commission responsible for the second wave of Corona because the Election Commission did not stop election rallies even after the Corona crisis.

During the hearing, Madras High Court Chief Justice S. Banerjee said the Election Commission was responsible for the second wave in Corona. According to the court, there is nothing wrong with a murder charge being leveled against Election Commission officials. In its reply, the Election Commission told the court that it had complied with the Covid guidelines, the rules on Voting Day. The court was offended to hear this and questioned whether the Election Commission was on another planet while the campaign was going on.

At the same time, the court warned that the counting of votes would be blocked if the guidelines attached to Kovid were not followed on May 2 and its blueprint was not prepared. "The issue of health is very important but the concern is that the court has to be reminded of this," the court said. The current situation is such that one has to struggle to survive.
