If an oxygen plant is built elsewhere in one day, why not in Delhi? : Delhi High Court questions Kejriwal government

New delhi date. 22 April 2021, Friday

The Delhi High Court has once again slammed the Kejriwal government over the oxygen crisis in the capital amid the Koro epidemic. The court asked the Delhi government if other places could have an oxygen plant ready in a day, why not in Delhi?

Oxygen shortages were filed in the Delhi High Court on Friday by two Delhi hospitals. During the Jane hearing, the High Court has issued notices to the Central Government and the State Government. During the hearing, a woman named Inderjit Sidhu told the court that my brother was born with corona and that we needed oxygen. If an oxygen plant can be set up in Chandigarh in a day, why can't it be set up in Delhi.

The Delhi High Court took the matter seriously and asked the Kejriwal government to respond. The Delhi government told the court that it would inform the next hearing about compliance with all previous orders. The court also asked the Kejriwal government if other places could have an oxygen plant in a day, why not in Delhi?

The Delhi High Court on Friday directed hospitals and nursing homes to first approach government-appointed nodal officers to meet the need for medical oxygen for the treatment of critically ill corona patients. At the same time, he has ordered the Delhi government to provide immediate oxygen.
