I have never seen such a hooligan, violent home minister in my entire life: Mamata Banerjee

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Friday accused Home Minister Amit Shah of trying to incite violence in the state and also inciting the police to commit immoral acts. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to curb Amit Shah as he could incite violence in the state.

Addressing a rally at Memari in East Vardhman district, Mamata Banerjee said, "I have never seen such a hooligan, violent home minister in my entire life." Amit Shah is even more dangerous than the tiger. People are afraid to talk to them. I appeal to Narendra Modi to control Amit Shah first. They are inciting violence here.

Not to be outdone, he accused Amit Shah of pressuring the police for all kinds of immoral acts. Mamata Banerjee has termed the ongoing assembly elections in the state as an attempt to protect the identity of Bengal. Mamata Banerjee said that this election is to save Bengal from becoming Gujarat.
