Renowned journalist, author Fatima R. Zakaria has died at the age of 85. His corona report came positive a few days back and he was later treated at a hospital in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. In 1983, Fatima Zakaria was awarded the Sarojini Naidu Award for Unity in Journalism. He was also awarded the Padma Shri by the Government of India in 2006 for his outstanding work in the field of literature and education.
