New delhi date. 27 April 2021, Tuesday

The Election Commission of India has taken important decisions regarding the counting of votes in the four states of Assam, Kerala, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu and the Union Territory of Pondicherry.

The Election Commission has announced that no victory procession will be held after the counting of votes on May 2. The decision was taken by the Election Commission following a slap in the face by the Madras High Court yesterday, the High Court said in a scathing statement on Monday. The Election Commission is responsible for this. Perhaps the Election Commission is the most irresponsible body in the country.

Not only that, the High Court had even said that the murder case should be registered against the Election Commission officials for the second wave of Corona.

At present, elections have been completed in four states - Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Assam and Pondicherry - and one phase of polling is pending in West Bengal.

Meanwhile, Election Commission sources, responding to the High Court's remarks yesterday, said that the Election Commission had taken action to defend Korona during the elections, first in Bihar and then in four states and one Union Territory. It belongs to the Disaster Management Authority. But the Election Commission used its own officials to enforce the rules to save the people from transition.

The source said that despite no prior knowledge of Korna's second wave, the Election Commission had taken steps to comply with the Korona protocol as part of the precautionary measures. .
