The way the corona virus is becoming uncontrollable in India, the eyes of the entire world are now fixed on India. Given the situation in India, New Zealand has made a very important decision. New Zealand has imposed a ban on travelers from India with effect from April 11.

New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Arden has announced that entry from India will be banned from April 11 to 28. The rule will take effect in New Zealand on April 11 from 4:00 pm.

If a New Zealander is in India and wants to return in the meantime, he will not get entry into his country. This means that only after April 28 can one go from India to New Zealand. In addition, the decision on whether to apply this rule will be based on what the future holds.

The manner in which new cases of Corona are coming up in India is worrisome. In the last 4 days, about 5 lakh new cases of corona have come up in India. In just two days, about 2.5 lakh cases have come up which can be said to be very serious.

At one point New Zealand was declared covid free. A few cases came up later but the situation there has always been under control. Some New Zealand players are also taking part in the IPL starting on Friday.
