A record-breaking 12 crore positive patients were registered in Delhi in 3 hours

New Delhi, April 13, 2021, Tuesday

In the capital Delhi, a new record has been set so far with 14 cases of corona coming out in 4 hours. Delhi is in the throes of a corona explosion. More than 21 deaths have been reported in a single day. With this, the total death toll has risen to 114. Since the onset of the corona epidemic in Delhi, the total number of infected cases has reached 4.5 lakh. While the second wave of the Corona epidemic is calling for a transition in India, the fourth wave in Delhi over the last two days is becoming even more dangerous than in Mumbai.

A day earlier, the number of infected patients had crossed 10,000 in 11 hours and 1191 cases were reported. Now it has increased by 4,000 more cases. At the same time, Delhi's positivity rate has risen to 16.12, which means more than 15 positive cases are being found in 100 tests. At one time the Shiro Survey claimed that herd immunity had developed in Delhi but now again Delhiites are coming under the transition of corona.

Despite the dose of vaccination, the new wave of corona is slowly becoming a tsunami. According to figures released by the health department, six patients recovered after corona treatment. A total of 210 people have beaten the corona, but the recovery rate has declined as the number of active cases has increased. The number of active cases of coronavirus infection has reached 40 out of which 219 patients are in home isolation.
