West Bengal: BJP leader's body found strangled, charged with murder

Violence has also erupted in West Bengal amid the ongoing election campaign.

The body of a BJP leader was found strangled near the party office in Koch Bahir district of the state this morning. BJP workers alleged that it was a premeditated murder. Let us hide in our homes out of fear. However, this will not happen. We will continue our fight in this election.

On the other hand, TMC workers have denied the BJP's allegations. However, killings in the political battle in West Bengal are not new. Such incidents have happened before and in most cases BJP leaders or workers have lost their lives. In the same way, he was found hanging from a tree with a sore throat.

There are fears that more blood will be shed in West Bengal as elections approach.
