Former US President Donald Trump has criticized India in his first speech since leaving the White House. Trump criticized India's environmental record, as well as President Joe Biden's decision to re-engage the United States in the Paris Climate Change Agreement.

He said that while the US was following the rules, China, Russia and India were spreading smoke around the world. "First of all, if China does not start implementing the 10-year agreement, then Russia is following its old rules," Trump said at an event in Florida.

At the same time, Trump accused Biden of opening all avenues for illegal immigration, saying that while immigration should be met on merit, it was my government's policy to allow people from other countries to enter the United States on merit. No problem for the country.
