Rakesh Tikait will be honored for asking a tough question on stage

The girl who questioned Rakesh Tikait, the leader of the Indian Farmers' Union, from the stage, has become known in the country overnight.

Rajni Gulia, a resident of Dariapur, climbed on the stage during a meeting at Dhansa border and asked Rakesh Tikait sharp questions from the mic. After that, the mic was taken from him and his question was not answered.

Now, on the occasion of International Women's Day, an organization called Bharat Bhoomi Bachao Sangharsh Samiti has decided to honor her. The program will be run by women and women farmers will have their say. The committee is fighting for land compensation to farmers and is also opposing the new law.

The committee, however, refuted Tela's dealings with Rajni and said that Rakesh Tikait was asked a question by a daughter and Tikait could not answer it.
