Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, who is fighting for power in West Bengal, played a big role on the last day of the second phase of the campaign. Mamata Banerjee revealed her gotra from the stage and then politics heated up once again. Now AIMIM president and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi has targeted Mamata Banerjee by tweeting and questioning those who are not Janoidhari.

Commenting on Mamata Banerjee's statement, Owaisi wrote:

The Hyderabad MP further wrote that the party feels that it is necessary to show that it is a Hindu to win. This is against the rules, is abusive and will not succeed. This time, Asaduddin Owaisi's party AIMIM is also to try its luck in Bengal and Owaisi will hold a rally in Bengal on Wednesday.

What did Mamata Banerjee say?

On the last day of the second phase of the campaign in Bengal, Mamata Banerjee said that her Gotra is Shandilya but she always shows her Gotra as Maa-Mati and Manushya. The second phase will be held at Nandigram where Mamata Banerjee is also a candidate.

In the Bengal election desert, the BJP has always targeted Mamata Banerjee as anti-Hindu. This is why Mamata Banerjee has come up with a different estimate. Earlier, Mamata Banerjee was seen chanting on stage during the election campaign. BJP calls Mamata Banerjee an opponent of Jai Shri Ram's slogan and during Mamata Banerjee's campaign at Nandigram, BJP workers chanted Jai Shri Ram's slogans against her.
